Temitope trained at Lewisham College and London Contemporary Dance School. After her training Temitope began creating collaborative dance works with outstanding London based musicians. She was awarded the Bonnie Bird Choreography prize in 2005 and has created and staged works for many venues and festivals in the UK including The Royal Opera House, The Place, Richmix, Stratford Circus,  Edinburgh’s DanceBase, DanceXchange, Swindon and Woking.  Temitope was commissioned for the Place Prize Bloomberg 2008 and went on to perform her commission at Firsts ROH2 and Soho Joyce New York. As a performer Temitope; in conjunction with The Place and British Council worked in Israel with leading choreographer Yasmeen Godder. She has worked on several projects with Carrie Cracknell from The Gate Theatre and Young Vic, Punchdrunk, Boxd Productions, Amy Hodge from The National Theatre, Seke Chimutengwende and Protein Dance.
